Here’s a quick overview of our ordering and shipping policies so you can know exactly what to expect on shipping times, order process, and any other questions you might have.
Please note: We're not responsible for external shipping delays with shipping carriers, bad weather, airline issues, labor strikes and other unfortunate issues that sometimes arise. We'll do our best to get you your order as soon as we can!
Order Processing / Times
Even with Expedited shipping, please allow 1-2 business days processing time for it to leave our facility. We're a small business and pack every order by hand. Our orders ship Monday through Friday (excepting national holidays) out of our warehouses in CA, PA and TX, depending on the delivery level selected at checkout. An e-mail with tracking information will certainly be sent out as soon as an order has actually been shipped.

- Express: 3-5 Business days
Our system is automated - we currently regretably don't have the ability to alter delivery addresses after your order is placed, so please verify your address prior to sending.
We also don't have the ability to split shipments, so please place seperate orders for seperate shipping addresses.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Free shipping on orders over $39.
Tracking your Order
Your order confirmation will have a tracking number - please contact us if you have any questions about tracking your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s).
Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind that holidays and weekends do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If a purchase was undeliverable and therefore returned to us, we can reship it to you. However, before doing so, please connect to us to confirm your address, so we can reship it to the right address. We are not responsible for shipping delays based on incorrectly-entered shipping addresses, or undeliverable shipments, but we'll do our best to help make sure you get your package as soon as possible.
